Kolberger 5 was a residential project in Munich designed by David Chipperfield Architects and Studio Mark Randel. During my time at CDLX, I worked on its digital presentation for Euroboden.

Project

The website had to bring a large amount of architectural and sales material into one coherent digital format. Prospective buyers could move from the building and its architectural idea to individual apartments, floor plans, specifications, image galleries, and contact options.

My contribution focused on graphic design and content migration. The work required care at both ends: maintaining the restrained visual system while transferring detailed information into pages that remained readable and consistent.

What was created

The CDLX team created a digital sales presentation for Kolberger 5. It brought the building’s architectural story together with apartment selection, detailed floor plans, dimensions, prices, galleries, material information, downloadable exposés, and ways to arrange a viewing.

Looking back

Kolberger 5 was a project of precision. Floor plans, measurements, prices, architectural language, and imagery all had to sit together without competing. My part was often quiet work: making sure a dense sales presentation felt considered from the first page to the last.
