Europapark is Germany’s biggest amusement and entertainment park. During the COVID-19 pandemic they had to ensure they followed the government guidelines, like maintaining minimum distance at attractions, in order to keep the park open. To help their visitors, to keep within these guidelines Europapark wanted to utilize their already existing app and enhance it with new features.
Project
These new features would consist of distance tracking and virtual queueing. Europapark wanted me to design widgets for smartphones and wearables.
Challenge
The main challenge was to fit the designs on a screen that has the size of a watch, while ensuring readability and maintaining functionality.
