Flowmotor is an online tool that helps bigger companies to manage their employees. The tool has a wide range of functions, like managing the workflow, assigning tasks, team communication and many more. And the functionality keeps on growing and growing. I was assigned to give the whole layout a rebrush and to design the UX and UI of a new function, called “People Module”. I had to think of a compact, non confusing layout to handle the “Humane Resources Management” purpose of this module.
